Ryan Brothers Bus Service, or Ryans for short, is a bus and coach operator in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a Melbourne bus company, it operates a number of bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government.

Ryans services the Keilor Park and Essendon Areas. Route 465 is a frequent service with most weekday and Saturday services connecting to North bound trains.
Traditionally the bus is light blue on the lower side and back panels with the bus having a white logo in bold italic font. There is also a black strip that goes around the top end of the blue panels. The doors are mostly see through glass panels with a small black strip holding it together.
The depot is in Tullamarine, however the main route 465 starts in Keilor Park.
